We do the research for you so you don't lose time.
A traditional agency represents the seller. It can only offer those properties on its books and, even then, bearing the sellers interests in mind in this growing market.

We assign a dedicated search agent to you, who willsearch on your behalf, visit selected properties, write visit reports, get your feedback, manage all the paper work and stay in permanent contact with you.

When we arrange the viewings, we can also help with booking accommodation if required, and guide you through the whole process : we advise you and accompany you along the administrative process.

All our search agents are trained to better understand your requirements, to search efficiently using expert tools and network through private sales and estate agencies, to understand and apply legal regulations around the purchase process.
When you have decided to purchase a property, we then manage:
- price negotiation with estate agents, notaries or directly with sellers,
- contract details and required documentation for the "Compromis de Vente" (pre sales contract) and final "Acte Authentique" (final signature)
- signing of contrats remotely (if required).
