1) Côté Acheteur is committed to observing the professional ethics of the real estate profession in France. As a licensed buyer agency (carte transaction T9702), COTE ACHETEUR is also committed to its obligations as a member of the realtor's association, including bonding and liability insurance.

2) Côté Acheteur is committed to compliance with French statute 70-9; 2 January, 1970. We will not accept any compensation before the final closing of the property. We will not request fees for any service or expenses prohibited by the law governing the real estate profession.

3) Côté Acheteur is committed to the terms of the buyer agency agreement made between parties. Notably, we are committed to quality and equity beginning at the time of signing.

4) Côté Acheteur is committed to using every possible resource for the search for the perfect property. Our goal is to focus our activities on those that will help us meet the expectations of our buyer clients.

5) Côté Acheteur is committed to regular contact with our clients to provide them with objective information to update them on the progress of their search and to pass on detailed information concerning properties fitting their search criteria as quickly as possible.

6) Côté Acheteur is committed to complete objectivity in the choice of properties for consideration and to a rigorous analysis of those chosen for the buyer client, as well as providing professional guidance.

7) Côté Acheteur is committed to advising and guiding buyer clients every step of the way, from beginning to final closing.

8) Côté Acheteur is committed to confidentiality of all personal information provided by clients and will not divulge information about properties visited in any manner except that given to sellers.

9) Côté Acheteur is committed to open communication and a trusting environment for clients and their buyer agents as well as for our professional partners.
