Our Buyer agents plan your search with you
Your buyer agent will meet with you at your home, when possible, to pinpoint your search criteria.
If you are not able to meet with us in person we can arrange to have this initial meeting by telephone.
We sign an exclusive search contract with you
This will be a three month contract.
One contact person at your service

A real estate professional, your search consultant, will be with you from the very beginning and will take you every step of the way.
With a maximum of four to five clients at a time, your search consultant will be your eyes and ears, lending knowledge and experience to your search.
The search
Your search consultant will screen listings, pre-qualify and pre-visit properties, prepare detailed property reports for your review, schedule and accompany you to visit properties you wish to see, help you evaluate properties objectively and negotiate sales contracts.
He or she will be by your side from the beginning through the closing process to aid and advise you.
Our representation of you as your buyer agent ensures that we will search the entire market in your area on your behalf, whether the properties are represented by agencies or for sale by owner.
Confidentiality
In keeping with the code of ethics for buyer agencies, we are committed to total confidentiality for our clients.
Property Reports
As an integral part of our service, your search consultant will prepare objective and detailed reports of the properties he or she has visited on your behalf.
These reports will be forwarded to you as quickly as possible so that you can visit the properties you wish to view without delay.
You can create an account on the Espace Client page to view your property reports and email your buyer agent
Ongoing communication between you and your buyer agent will speed the search and assist you in your quest for the perfect home.
Property visits and buying decisions
As soon as you see a property that interests you, we will organise a visit for you and are there to help you to negotiate and write up an offer.
Cote Acheteur is also there to help with those things inherent in buying a property: obtaining a mortgage, inspections, renovations...

We never charge up front fees.
In keeping with the law of 2 January 1970, which regulates the real estate profession, we are compensated only after the closing signatures.
