Côté Acheteur, established in 2001, is a pioneer in custom realty.
The company was created by two real estate professionals, Catherine Catenacci and Séphane Meignant, who wanted to create a "different kind of real estate agency", one that focused on the buyer. As a result, Côté Acheteur has opened a new professional field, Buyer Agency!
From the very beginning Côté Acheteur located property with a plush team in charge of property search and developed a partnership in Paris with more than 1000 businesses. Our clients have the proven methods in property searching and savoir-faire at their disposal that allows our corporate name to be the leader in this new field.
In response to an increasing demand from overstressed buyers, those transferred to other locations or clients looking for secondary residences, the corporation developed franchises in many of France's regional cities in 2007.

All the franchises in the Côté Acheteur network have had specialised training in the profession of property search.
Our regional specialists have a total understanding of the local real estate market. Buyer agents are equally adept at responding to the ever increasing demands of concerned buyers and acting in partnership and on their behalves throughout the process.
