A Buyer Agent is a real estate agent specialising in individualised realty estate searches.
The Buyer Agent's sole responsibility is to represent the client: the buyer!
As a professional real estate agent, he or she is fully licensed to act on your behalf as an intermediary between you and seller.
As with all real estate professionals, the Buyer Agent is compensated only after the closing signatures.
The Buyer Agent offers a complete service to you, the buyer: assistance in the search for the right property and guidance through the entire transaction. He or she will search for and select properties according to your specifications, participate in price negotiations and advise and consult with you, the future buyer, every step of the way.
